- In an effort to embrace my artist within and feed my passion for photography I will journey through this year in pictures. Each day I will take pictures and post one. My objectives in this project and blog are: * to capture memories, as using my brain to do this is getting more and more difficult. * to grow as a photographer * to grow, period. Am I really turning 50 this year?! In so many ways I am still so ignorant, naive and innocent. In so many ways I am hardened, cynical, judgmental. I love the wisdom that comes with age. I love that I have experiences to base my decisions on. I love my children and my husband more each day. I am still in awe of how much there is still to learn, see and do in this world. I love to teach. I love to learn. I am scared of losing my family. Books take me places that I physically cannot get to. Friends give me insight. Life brings love. Love brings life.
